📦 Delivery Estimates
Each product page includes a delivery estimate based on typical processing and shipping times. In most cases, orders arrive on the early side of these estimates.
Please note:
- Delivery estimates are provided as a courtesy to help you plan, especially if you're ordering a gift.
- While 98% of orders arrive on time, delays can occasionally occur due to issues with the delivery company.
- Delivery companies do not guarantee exact delivery dates, and Amy’s Coffee Mugs is not responsible for delays caused by postal or shipping carriers.
🏠 Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check all shipping details when placing your order.
- Orders are shipped to the exact shipping address provided at checkout.
- Amy’s Coffee Mugs is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.
- If you notice an error, please contact me within 1 hour of purchase so I can attempt to correct it before processing.
Be sure to check your order confirmation email right away to verify your shipping details.
📬 Tracking Says “Delivered,” But You Didn’t Receive It?
If your tracking status says “Delivered” but your package hasn’t arrived, please follow these steps:
- Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation.
- Check with household members or neighbors who might have accepted or picked up the package.
- Look around the delivery area — porches, side doors, garage, mailbox, etc.
- Contact the delivery carrier to request GPS delivery coordinates or more info.
🕐 Important note:
Delivery companies — especially USPS — will occasionally mark a package as “delivered” prematurely in order to meet internal scan quotas. When this happens, the package typically arrives within 1–2 business days. If your order is marked delivered but hasn’t shown up, please wait at least one full business day before assuming it's lost.
- If necessary, file a missing package report and consider notifying your local authorities if theft is suspected. Package theft is serious and should be reported.
⚠️ Please note:
A replacement cannot be issued until 14 days have passed from the date your order was marked as delivered. This waiting period helps ensure that the package wasn’t misdelivered and has a chance to turn up.
