Important care and safety instructions for your coffee mugs, travel mugs, and tumbler cups.

At Amy’s Coffee Mugs, I want you to enjoy your favorite drinks in my beautifully designed mugs, travel mugs, and tumbler cups for as long as possible. To help you care for your items and keep them in the best condition, please follow these simple care instructions, and please review the safety tips below.

 

Coffee Mugs:

  • Material: 100% Ceramic.
  • Dishwasher Safe: Top-rack dishwasher-safe.
    These products are dishwasher safe, ensuring easy and convenient cleaning. For optimal care and longevity, please ensure your dishwasher operates within normal temperature ranges and is not set to overly high temperatures. This will help maintain the quality and appearance of your product.
  • Microwave Safe: Microwave-safe.
  • Care Notes: While ceramic is sturdy, it is still a fragile material. Handle with care to avoid cracks or chips. Dropping or hard impacts may cause breakage.

Travel Mugs:

  • Material: Double-walled Stainless Steel with a threaded flip-top plastic lid.
  • Dishwasher Safe: Top-rack dishwasher-safe.
    These products are dishwasher safe, ensuring easy and convenient cleaning. For optimal care and longevity, please ensure your dishwasher operates within normal temperature ranges and is not set to overly high temperatures. This will help maintain the quality and appearance of your product.
  • Microwave Safe: NOT microwave-safe.
  • Care Notes: The double-walled insulation keeps beverages hot or cold longer. Avoid microwaving to prevent damage to the stainless steel, the plastic components, and to your microwave. Metal should NEVER be placed in a microwave oven.

Tumbler Cups:

  • Material: Double-walled Stainless Steel with a push-down clear plastic open sipping lid and rubber rings.
  • Dishwasher Safe: Top-rack dishwasher-safe.
    These products are dishwasher safe, ensuring easy and convenient cleaning. For optimal care and longevity, please ensure your dishwasher operates within normal temperature ranges and is not set to overly high temperatures. This will help maintain the quality and appearance of your product.
  • Microwave Safe: NOT microwave-safe.
  • Care Notes: These tumblers are insulated to maintain your beverage's temperature longer. Do not microwave to prevent damage to the materials and your appliance. Metal should NEVER be placed in a microwave oven.

Important Safety Note Regarding Broken Items:

We take every precaution to ensure your items arrive safely, but in the rare case that an item arrives broken or becomes damaged during use, please take extra care when handling and disposing of the broken pieces. Broken ceramic and plastic can cause injury if not handled properly.

  • If your item arrives broken: Please carefully inspect the packaging and contents before handling. Use gloves or a cloth to pick up any broken pieces to avoid cuts or injuries. Make sure to CAREFULLY take clear photos of the mug or cup showing its design and its damage and contact me for a replacement. Once a replacement has been approved and issued, you may safely dispose of the damaged item(s).
  • If your item breaks while in your possession: Handle the pieces cautiously, preferably with safety gloves, and dispose of them in a safe manner, such as wrapping the sharp edges in a cloth or heavy paper to prevent injury during disposal.

Amy’s Coffee Mugs is not responsible for any injuries that occur as a result of mishandling broken or damaged coffee mugs, travel mugs, or tumbler cups. Please take care to prevent injury by using appropriate caution when handling any broken items.
