Refund policy
🕐 Cancellations
- You may request a cancellation within 1 hour of purchase.
- After that 1-hour window, cancellations are no longer accepted. Orders are submitted to production immediately and cannot be modified or canceled once in queue.
📦 Returns
Damaged Items
- In the rare event your item arrives damaged, I’ll gladly work with you to replace the affected item(s).
- Photo evidence of damage is required to process a replacement. Without photos, returns cannot be accepted.
Undamaged Items
- Returns are only accepted on non-personalized items. Custom or personalized mugs and cups are not eligible for return.
- To initiate a return, contact me at amy@amyscoffeemugs.com for approval.
- If approved, you’ll receive a return form via email, which must be printed and included in your return package. This form will also contain the return address.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of when your order was marked as delivered.
- Items must be unused and arrive back in perfect, like-new condition.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and is non-refundable.
- Refunds will only be issued once returned items are received and verified to be in like-new condition. Refunds are sent to the original payment method.
Large Orders
- Returns on large or combined orders of 10 mugs or more may be refused, as all mugs are made to order.
- Amy’s Coffee Mugs does not rent or lease mugs for events, staging, or short-term use.
- Please do not place large orders with the intent or expectation of returning them.
- If a return for a large order is exceptionally approved by the owner, the customer is responsible for:
- Return shipping costs, and
- A 30% restocking and storage fee.
- If your large order is legitimate and any item(s) arrive damaged, the order as a whole cannot be returned — but I’ll gladly replace the damaged piece(s) for you at no cost. I want you to be happy with your order, and I’ll make sure any issues are resolved as smoothly as possible.
🚚 Undeliverable Orders
- Amy’s Coffee Mugs is not responsible for delivery issues caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
- Forwarding address problems
- Package holds or delivery refusals
- You are responsible for any additional shipping costs related to delivery errors or forwarding issues.
- If a package is undeliverable and not safely returned, you will also be responsible for the cost of reordering your product.
🚫 Refused Deliveries
- Refused deliveries (forced returns) are not accepted.
- No refunds will be issued for packages marked as refused.
